Hi Carla, My name is Kellie. I came across your blog while looking up something. I am also in the Classic Pastry Arts program at FCI. I started the 9 month night program in June at the California campus in Campbell, CA. It is neat to see your posts because it gives me a glimpse into what I will be doing in the future.
